While Vyvanse offers dosing options from 10 mg to 70 mg, the recommended starting dose is 30 mg. Your child's doctor may periodically increase or decrease your child's dosage to help control his or her ADHD symptoms and manage side effects. The maximum daily dose is 70 mg.
